Shipping & Delivery



All of our items are created On-Demand! This means once you order a product, the printing process starts. It may take 3 – 7 business days for us to prepare your order. The processing time depends on the demand amount of the design, and the quantity of your order. Orders with multiple items take more time to process than others. During high volume order periods, processing time may vary.


We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to, you can check out those non-shipping countries that we could not reach. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you. The shipping time really depends on your country’s logistics system. This table may help you measure the shipping time easier.

United States 5 – 15 business days
Mexico, Brazil, South Africa 20 – 40 business days
Rest of the world 15- 20 business days

*This doesn’t include the processing time (3 to 7 days). The shipping time starts when the products are already packaged and leave the warehouse.

*All Paypal pending need 10 days to verify and process.


*On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 7-10 business days after purchase, and it takes 10-15 business days to deliver the order. Standard shipping/transit times apply (5-10 days for domestic and 7-15 days for international). However, due to the COVID 19 pandemic and extremely high demand, carriers might need additional 10-15 days to ship packages anywhere. Please also expect orders of face masks to be processed up to 15 ~ 30 days.

*As we hire many factories located in different countries to give out the diversity of items, your order would be shipped out from the most convenient fulfillment house. Sometimes, the shipping time takes longer than usual because of each country’s priority for oversea parcels.

* We are NOT responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped out. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may have to pay for customs fees when they arrive in your country.

*The ETA above is regarded under normal conditions.

* When it is the peak season for logistics, shipping time will vary according to the incidents which we can not control. However, we will try our best to give out the best solution for those situations.



We provide two options for shipping that is Standard Shipping and Insurance shipping.


Standard shipping is the most economical and common option. However, we can only guarantee the package once it is not shipped out. Once we handed the package to the courier company, we are not responsible for such situations like lost packages or packages being denied/destroyed by the customs department, we can not give you a refund then.

Here is the price for the standard shipping option:

For orders from The United States: $4.99 For first item + $1.99 for additional item

For orders from other countries: $5.99 for the first item + $2.95 for each additional items

All orders that value above $150 will be free shipping.


When you purchase something online, there are various possibilities that can cause the loss of your shipment. It might be lost due to the wrong address, accident, or stolen while it is left at your doorstep. Frequently, the seller can not be in charge of this unwanted inconvenience, but you can spend a few more bucks to avoid this result happening.

For Insurance shipping, The Vitic will take responsibility for all unexpected situations that may affect the risk of losing your package. If you don’t receive your package within 30 – 45 business days, you can inform us and we will arrange a replacement for you right away.

Price for insurance shipping is the same for all orders: $13.99 for the first item + $7.99 for additional item

*The shipping time for this option is similar to the standard shipping.


There might be some reasons that lead to the package is undelivered and returned to us, such as wrong/insufficient address or recipients might not be available at that time (with those couriers that require the customer’s signature).

Apparently, we will send you a notice and ask for a new address to be delivered. However, the return process is quite long upon the courier company’s system, and we can not affect or interrupt any. If your order is returned, please provide us an accurate address and we will send you again immediately when we receive the package back.

*Please note that we can only arrange the reshipment for you if you provide us your address within

the time we stated in the email. The package will be destroyed in order to keep the space for the warehouse and avoid the returning fee.

We are not responsible for any cases that lead to losing your package such as the package is marked delivered from the courier website but you can not find it, or the package is lost due to the courier's fault. Please understand for us that we have to cover so many fees and we can not assist those situations because they are beyond our control.
